Two-Stage Operation for Optimal Performance

The PME Series pumps feature a two-stage operation with automatic switching between high and low pressure at 2 MPa - 6 MPa, depending on the pump type. The low-pressure unit utilizes a gear pump, delivering a high flow rate up to the switching pressure. The high-pressure unit is equipped with either a single or double piston pump, ensuring efficient and powerful hydraulic performance.

Variety of Control Options

PME70-2030ADV and PME70-2030MRV models come with a convenient foot-actuated pedal for easy on/off control. Other models in the series feature a start/stop switch located on the motor.

PME70-2500MRV/VR70 follows the hold-to-run principle, where the pump starts when the remote control button is pushed and stops while maintaining pressure when the button is released.

Hydraulic Valve Alternatives to Suit Your Needs
Choose from a range of hydraulic valves alternatives tailored to your specific application requirements:

• ADV (Automatic Release Valve): Ideal for high-frequency applications, this valve ensures the oil returns to the tank when the motor is switched off. Not recommended for lifting applications but suitable for crimping, cutting, or press tools.
• MRV (Manual Release Valve): Provides controlled release and is suitable when you need to maintain high pressure in the tool for an extended period. Recommended for usage with cable crimping or cutting tools.
• VR70 (Built-In Manual Pressure Control Valve): Allows you to set pressure between 0-70 MPa according to your needs.
• AP (Adapter Plate): Equipped with a connecting plate featuring G1/4" pressure and return ports.
• MLS (Lever Valve for Single-Acting Tool/Cylinder): Designed for use with single-acting tools or cylinders.
• MLD (Lever Valve for Double-Acting Tool/Cylinder): Ideal for double-acting tools or cylinders.
• SS (Solenoid Valve for Single-Acting Tool/Cylinder): Operates at 24 V DC and requires remote control TRC230-24 or external input control. Suitable for single-acting tool or cylinder applications.
• SD (Solenoid Valve for Double-Acting Tool/Cylinder): Also operates at 24 V DC and requires remote control TRC230-24 or external input control. Suitable for double-acting tool or cylinder applications.

Safety First
For complete operator safety, we recommend fitting a pressure gauge (AMT801) with a gauge adaptor (AAM14) to all PME Series electrical hydraulic pumps.
